Orthopedic Recovery Program
Our Orthopedic Recovery Program helps patients who have sustained an orthopedic injury or disability, such as surgery, fracture, joint replacement, degenerative condition (e.g., arthritis) and other musculoskeletal conditions. Through therapy, patients work toward improving their physical mobility, restoring their levels of fitness and regaining independence in daily living skills.
Restorative Program
This program works on improving both physical ability (such as joint range of motion and general mobility) and mental function (such as memory improvement, comprehension and problem-solving skills). Whether through group or individual sessions, the patient is encouraged to achieve and maintain their desired highest, individual level of functioning.

Rehabilitation Program
At Lynn Haven Health & Rehabilitation we offer rehabilitative therapy for either a short-term stay or during long-term care. Therapists work one-on-one with the patient focusing on assisting them achieve and maintain their desired, individual level of functioning as appropriate.
